Electrical Site Supervisor – Sweden – Data Centre

We are currently partnering with a multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor specialising in Pharmaceuticals, Data Centres, Power Transmission and distribution. Due to their continued success they are seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to join and grow with their team in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Electrical Installation Work: Oversee all electrical work on-site, ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards, on schedule, and in accordance with the project specifications and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Manage and lead a team of electricians and other tradespeople, providing guidance, support, and ensuring the team adheres to safety practices and project timelines.
• Quality Control and Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with quality standards and adhere to safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any electrical issues or technical challenges on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of electrical work, monitor resource allocation, and report regularly on project status, including any delays, issues, or changes in scope.
• Documentation and Handover: Ensure all electrical work is documented, including as-built drawings, testing results, and compliance certifications. Assist in the handover process to the client once the project is completed.

Requirements

• 3+ Years experience in a similar role
• Electrical Engineering Qualification or equivalent trades background
• 3+ years of experience in electrical supervision within large-scale electrical installations. 

Benefits

Up to €85,000 + Full Rotational Package
